FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT MOSAIC ART

ORDER INFORMATION

Artwork Approval
Each artistic mosaic design is customized from the original mosaic art and made to fit the space according to the ordered measurements. Therefore, it is important for our design team to create a complimentary art proof for you to visualize and approve before it’s set in stone.

Please allow 1-3 days to receive your artwork proof. Once the artwork proof has been approved by you, our skilled artisans will begin the art creation process.

All sizes can be modified to fit your exact placement; however, some designs cannot be made smaller due to design constraints. All mosaics can be made larger or custom tailored to shapes such as circular forms or any form to fit your vision.

Yes, it is possible to customize any mosaic. We can also create mosaic art based on actual photographs or paintings of people, landscapes, or any other scenery. You are welcome to send all design requests to sales@cocotilesandmosaics.com.au.

Please choose carefully as arrangements for the product to be available are acted upon quickly. We do not offer a change of mind refund, return, exchange, or cancellation.

You can quickly check the status of a current order with your order number and email address. As soon as your mosaic is shipped, we'll send you a confirmation email that includes a tracking number.

THINGS TO BE AWARE OF AND INSTALLATION

The glass tesserae used for hand-cut mosaic art are specially made with varying thicknesses—thicker at the bottom and thinner at the top. These pieces are meticulously hand-cut and blended together, combining both regular and irregular glass tesserae to create a lively visual effect. As a result, the surface of hand-cut mosaic art is uneven and not smoothly flat, and it might have sharp tips. These sharp tips can be sanded down after grouting by using a grinder.
